Would you like to return an Einhell product?

Einhell AG will cover the return shipping costs for all orders from Austria if you use the return label we provide in the package for your return. Since ensuring a great customer experience is very important to us, it does not matter whether it is a cancellation or a voluntary return.

Please note:

  • We only accept unused products in their original packaging and with all their accessories.
  • Please do not send us products ordered through one of our retailers, as we cannot accept these shipments.

Returning items delivered by a logistics company

If your order was delivered by a logistics company, your package will not include a return label. Since returning an item which was delivered by a logistics company requires a pick-up to be arranged with the logistics company, please follow the process for withdrawals and inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a postal letter or email to Einhell Germany AG, Wiesenweg 22, 94405 Landau/Isar, Telephone: +49 9951 942 410 851, email: [email protected]). You can also use our ready-made withdrawal form template, although this is not obligatory. To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. This type of return is also free of charge for you.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot bepredominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity).

Right of withdrawal for sales contracts

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The period for making the withdrawal shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the transporter have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (Einhell Germany AG, Wiesenweg 22, 94405 Landau/Isar, Tel: +49 9951 959 2000, E-Mail: [email protected]) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email). For that purpose, you may use the sample withdrawal form attached, that is, however, not a requirement. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your selecting a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction to complete this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have submitted evidence that you have returned the goods, whatever occurs first.

You shall immediately return or hand over the goods to us, however within fourteen days from the day on which you notified us about the withdrawal from the contract. That period shall be deemed to be fulfilled, if you send the goods before the expiry of a period of fourteen days.

You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods, if such loss in value was caused by any use of the goods by you which was unnecessary for checking the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
