Einhell Österreich was established on 23 November 1990 as "Hans Einhell Österreich GmbH" in Vienna, as Importer and Servicecenter for Einhell power tools, stationary machines and the complete garden tools assortment for the Austrian market. In 2014, services division that is the spare parts warehouse and repairs service were relocated to the Group Headquarters at Landau an der Isar in Germany. Our office in Austria became a 100% marketing office. Since 1 January 2017, we are operating from our new offices at Mellergasse 4 in Vienna. From here, we coordinate our business to ensure that you can find Einhell products at all reputed Austrian outlets as well as online sellers, electronic stores and small specialist shops.

How Einhell became Einhell
When Josef Thannhuber in the beginning of the 1960s took over his uncle Hans Einhell's Installation business, he had no idea of the sort of success story he would one day write. Today more than 50 years later, Einhell AG is one of the global leaders in the Do-it-Yourself segment. Decades of hard work, untiring commitment and business foresight have paid off. A real Enabler!
