The Einhell circular saw blade for handheld circular saws from the Cordless Power series, with a diameter of 136 mm and a bore of 20 mm, offers fine cut quality with its 24 teeth while ensuring fast feed. The cutting width is 1.5 mm and the blade thickness is 1 mm. This slim design reduces the effort required during sawing and promotes an accurate cutting line. The positive tooth angle of 20 degrees enables particularly grippy cutting guidance, allowing the saw blade to actively engage with the workpiece and support feed performance. The ATB tooth geometry features alternately bevelled tooth backs, enabling a clean cut for rip cuts and cross cuts in wood. The hardened teeth cut the material precisely and ensure smooth cut edges. As part of the Cordless Power series, the blade is optimised for battery-powered machines: the combination of thin cutting width and low blade thickness allows fast, low-effort feed and maximises battery runtime. Compared with standard circular saw blades, more cuts can therefore be made per battery charge. The performance vents support effective heat dissipation even at high speeds, prevent the disc from overheating and help maintain a consistently high cutting speed. At the same time, they ensure improved chip ejection, keeping the spaces between the teeth clear and maintaining cut quality. Thermal slots reduce the risk of material stress caused by heat build-up, increasing cutting accuracy and stability. An optional PTFE coating protects the blade against corrosion, minimises friction during sawing and supports fatigue-free working. Two included reducing rings to 16 mm extend the application options, also allowing use on machines with a smaller bore. The saw blade is compatible with both cordless handheld circular saws and all standard corded handheld circular saws.
