The Einhell aluminium TCT circular saw blade for hand-held circular saws with a diameter of 184 mm and a bore of 20 mm is ideal for working with aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The cutting width of 2.4 mm offers an ideal ratio between material removal and stability, while the blade thickness of 1.8 mm ensures particularly smooth running. With 48 finely ground teeth in a flat trapezoidal shape, the circular saw blade achieves a high-quality cut. The tooth position with a negative angle of -5° supports controlled cutting in hard materials such as metal, where more feed force is deliberately required. The combination of trapezoidal teeth for pre-cutting and flat teeth for finishing ensures clean and virtually tear-free cutting edges. Made of high-quality tungsten carbide and diamond-ground, the teeth remain sharp and resistant for a long time. A special PTFE coating on the saw blade reduces friction and protects against corrosion, which increases the service life and makes handling less strenuous. Laser-cut expansion joints compensate for thermal stresses and ensure smooth running even under intensive use. Vibration and noise reduction slots significantly improve working comfort. Two reduction rings from 20 to 16 mm are included, allowing the blade to be used on machines with smaller shaft diameters, while the knurled design of the rings ensures a secure fit and optimum power transmission. The circular saw blade is specially designed for use on hand-held circular saws.
