Procedure in case of service

Easy, reliable, transparent!

Your Einhell device, which you have registered via our warranty extension, is moody and causes problems? With our service you can send in your device comfortably and we take care of the further processing.

How it works - your tasks

  1. Check if your Einhell device is still covered by warranty. To do this, log into your Einhell account to download the appropriate certificate for your Einhell device under the warranty extension menu item. Alternatively, you can find the warranty certificate in the confirmation email we sent you in the course of the warranty extension. The certificate shows the maximum warranty period.
  2. Print out the warranty certificate and provide information about the case of damage. Finally, it is best to make a copy of the completed warranty certificate for your documents.
  3. Enclose the completed warranty certificate with the box and pack everything properly. Pay attention to the packaging guidelines of our partner iSC GmbH. Transport damage will be charged to the sender.
  4. Register your shipment in the service portal of our partner iSC GmbH and secure the advantage of sending your parcel carriage forward. Alternatively you can send your package to our partner iSC GmbH, Eschenstraße 6, 94495 Landau / Isar, Germany.

Further processing - our performance

As soon as your device reaches us, a technical inspection will decide whether your device will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent device. Our staff will process your service case as quickly as possible, so that you will soon be able to carry out projects again with your Einhell device.
