If covered under guarantee or during the statutory withdrawal period the return of your Einhell product(s) is always free for you. Simply set up an user account on the Einhell Service webpage and register your device by entering the series number or article/ident number for returns.
We shall then inform you of all further steps of the returns process. We will provide you with information on the appropriate shipping options for your device and its safe packaging, or we can provide you with one of our competent service partners in your area. In this way we keep the periods short and process your request in the fastest possible time.

Apply for return service
You can register your Einhell product naming your serial number or article/ ident number for the return service.
Your device is within the guarantee period:
Receive the advantage of free shipment
You would like to take advantage of the statutory warranty, then you should use our Warranty Service. We organize the transport of the product and take care of the resulting costs. Whether the transport is carried out as an online return or pickup return, the Warranty Service will decide in each case individually.
Your device is outside the guarantee period:
Convenient repairs and maintenance
We offer our convenient repairs and return service also for devices, which are no longer in the guarantee period. Ensuing costs for pickup or shipment shall be invoiced to you along with the cost of repairs.
